ROOM RESERVATIONS

The Humanities Center is primarily used as a workspace for Humanities Center fellows and staff. Because of the Center's academic mission and its character as a workspace for fellows, the facilities may not be used for events such as large parties or receptions that are likely to be disruptive to this environment.

All departments of Stanford University are eligible to use the facility with the following priorities given:

The Humanities Center has priority in using these meeting rooms and may, in unusual circumstances, have to override another group’s reservation. If this should be necessary, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Availability

Monday-Friday After 5:00 p.m.*
Saturday-Sunday All day

*For conferences only, Levinthal Hall can be made available at 1:00 p.m. on Friday.

Monday-Thursday
4+ hours: $300
up to 4 hours: $250

Friday - Sunday
4+ hours: $400
up to 4 hours: $350

Board Room

Monday-Thursday
4+ hours: $250
up to 4 hours: $200

Friday - Sunday
4+ hours: $350
up to 4 hours: $300

Rental fees include regular cleaning. Extra cleaning or charges for damages will be billed to user.

Requesting Space

Please download our guidelines and reservation form if you wish to reserve one of the Center's rooms.  These forms must be received at least 72 hours prior to your reservation.
