Building a Sustainable Life in the Arts and Social Change

Artists Dr. Amanda Kemp, '88, Francis Wong, '79, and Michael Jaminis will be coming to campus to share their wisdom about how to build a sustainable life in the arts and social change niche. They will discuss their work with Theatre for Transformation, Asian Improv aRts (AIR), and Music for Everyone. The group will also perform excerpts from INSPIRA: The Power of the Spiritual. INSPIRA ia a mashup of spirituals, jazz, poetry and spoken word that puts spirituals in the context of historic and current movements for social change in the U.S. and abroad.
