Marta Sutton Weeks Distinguished Visitor

Carlo Ginzburg is Franklin D. Murphy Professor of Italian Renaissance Studies at UCLA and Professor of Modern History at the Instituto de Storia Medioevale in Bologna, Italy. Ginzburg is best known for his book, "The Cheese and the Worms: The Cosmos of a Sixteenth-Century Miller" and as the father of the historical methodology known as "microhistory."
