Compassion Cultivation Training (CCT) with Robert Cusick

Compassion Cultivation Training (CCT) is an 8-week program developed at Stanford's Center for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education (CCARE), and is designed to develop the qualities of compassion, empathy, and kindness for oneself and others. CCT integrates traditional contemplative practices with contemporary psychology and scientific research. The course is designed to support people in a wide range of professions and life contexts. All are welcome and no previous meditation experience is required.
