Humanities Showcase

This is an Archive of a Past Event

The Vice Provost Office for Teaching and Learning, the Stanford Humanities Center, and the School of Humanities & Sciences at Stanford are pleased to announce the jointly sponsored Humanities Showcase, featuring excellent research, analytical and creative contributions by undergraduate students across the whole spectrum of the humanities at Stanford. Discover what humanities students create, care about, and develop in terms of skills and knowledge. All the featured students have found exciting lines of inquiry and ways of exploring key intellectual issues through their engagement in the humanities.

Contributions at this year’s showcase include flash talks, a gallery walk with posters and digital presentations, creative performances, information about humanities grants and scholarship opportunities, and a networking reception.

  • Flash talks: 5-10-minute student talks about their research in the humanities, from papers to honors theses and creative projects (Humanities Center Board Room)
