Stanford Repertory Theater (SRT) and Stanford Arts Institute (SAI) invite you to a free staged reading of Bertolt Brecht’s Life of Galileo, a masterful exploration of the role of commerce, politics, and religion in shaping the future of scientific research, and the ethical responsibility of scientists to serve the greater good. 

Directed by SRT Artistic Director Rush Rehm, the Life of Galileo features visual projections designed by Alexandra Scott and Jessi Pigott, period songs performed by Shu Chen Ong, and a formidable cast including Alex Johnson, Christopher Carter, Ryan Hunter, Shelley Lynne Johnson, Tom Freeland, Alex Cheng, Emma Jackson-Smith, Paul Rosenfeld, Victor Verdejo, Sage Behr, Matt Smith, Publio Adrianza, and Jeffrey Abbidor.
