StanfordEvent Calendar Stanford English professor Ken Fields will introduce an evening with poet Billy Collins at Kepler's Books

The Stanford Humanities Center and Kepler's Books are partnering to present an evening with two-term U.S. Poet Laureate Billy Collins. Collins, the author of ten collections of poetry, including his new work Aimless Love, will be introduced by Stanford poet and English professor Ken Fields.

A Distinguished Professor of English at Lehman College of the City University of New York, and Senior Distinguished Fellow at the Winter Park Institute of Rollins College, has managed to enrich the tapestry of contemporary poetry and greatly expand its audience.
