Presidential Politics | Lecture 3

Susan Andersen, Shanto Iyengar, and Valerie Smith with moderation by Gary Segura present their ideas on group affiliation and political position: race and gender.

This course explores how issues of race, class, faith and gender have shaped the candidates, campaigns, and our society. The course analysis spans the presidential race from the announcements of more than ten presidential hopefuls to the current competition between Senators Obama and McCain.
