Adrian Miller

Adrian Miller, Soul Food Scholar, is a writer, attorney, culinary historian, and certified barbecue judge. He has lectured around the country on topics such as: Black Chefs in the White House, chicken and waffles, hot sauce, kosher soul food, red drinks, soda pop, and soul food. He will be discussing his James Beard Nominated book, Soul Food: The Surprising Story of an American Cuisine, One Plate at a Time.
