Rakibul Hasan Khan is a Bangladeshi bilingual poet, academic, and translator. At present, he is pursuing a PhD in English at the University of Otago, New Zealand. His dissertation uses postcolonial, ecocritical, and emotions theories in a study of selected twenty-first-century South Asian novels in English, examining their treatment of the potentialities of collective environmental activism. His research interests include postcolonial and environmental studies of literature.
