This three-day (May 12, 13, and 14) workshop brings six upcoming Mexican female directors, a film critic and an actress to Stanford to showcase their latest films and engage in a discussion about the director’s experience and the issues contemporary Mexico faces. The workshop will also pay tribute to Mexican actress, Cecilia Suárez.
