In honor of David Labaree's iconoclastic work in American Education, join us for a day-long seminar, “Histories of Higher Education / Higher Education in History,” which will feature four new papers by visiting historians Ethan Hutt (Maryland), Adam Nelson (Wisconsin), and Emily Levine (UNC-Greensboro) as well as Mitchell L. Stevens (Stanford University).
You are invited to apply for a spot in the seminar, for which you will be expected to read papers in advance and offer critical contribution to the authors. Space is limited to ensure the intimacy of the dialogue.
