The Humanities Center offers a variety of fellowships for the academic year to Stanford and non-Stanford scholars in the humanities at different career stages, giving them the opportunity to pursue their work in a supportive intellectual community.

We are now accepting applications for the following programs:

External Faculty Fellowships, for non-Staford faculty

Internal Faculty Fellowships, for Stanford faculty

Mellon Fellowship of Scholars in the Humanities, for non-Stanford postdoctoral scholars within three years of their PhD

Geballe and Mellon Dissertation Fellowships, for Stanford graduate students
