Jeff Lee

CEO and co-founder of DIBS; COO of ARod Corp and President of ARod Productions

Jeff is CEO and co-founder of DIBS, a beauty brand backed by some of the most renowned authorities in e-commerce, beauty, and tech. As COO of ARod Corp and President of ARod Productions, Jeff co-created and executive produces, with Barstool Sports, The Corp, which has twice hit the no. 1 podcast ranking on iTunes. He also managed Alex Rodriguez's numerous media projects, including as the first MLB analyst to simultaneously work for FOX Sports and ESPN's Sunday Night Baseball, regular appearances on Shark Tank, Good Morning America and The Today Show, and the star of CNBC's Back in the Game.

Jeff was previously an executive in Jennifer Lopez's business team, part of the founding team of JLO Beauty and represented Ms. Lopez in overseeing all aspects of her global beauty and fragrance portfolio, including product development, formulations, branding, creative and marketing for the no. 1 and no. 2 nationwide launches in Sephora and ULTA. 

Previously Jeff was an attorney at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, where he represented numerous Fortune 500 and international companies in their most significant mergers & acquisitions and corporate governance negotiations. He teaches regularly and guest lectures at Stanford Business (2018-present), Wharton Business (2020-present), Yale Law (2020), Harvard Law (2019-2020), NYU Law (2014-2015), Columbia (2015), and Michigan State Law / Business (2020), and to corporate clients on negotiations, brand and reputation management, career transitions / pivots and learning from women in leadership. His research on women and Latin American presidencies was awarded Stanford's Firestone Medal.

Jeff received his BA and MBA from Stanford University, his JD from Yale Law School, and his accreditation as a certified personal trainer from the National Institute of Sports Medicine and as a jewelry professional from the Gemological Institute of America.
