Bob Marley from Kodihalli: A Play by Jangama Collective

This is an Archive of a Past Event

Inspired by the spirit of Jamaican reggae legend, Bob Marley, Bob Marley from Kodihalli explores the complex realities of Dalit youth navigating urban India’s seemingly liberal yet deeply exclusionary spaces. Through a mix of Brechtian theatre and Kannada musical interludes, the play examines the burden and politics of identity in a caste-ridden society.
