Comics Workshop with Nick Sousanis

Join Nick Sousanis, comics author (Unflattening) and assistant professor, for a look into his process of making comics as a way to disseminate research.

This will segue into an interactive workshop taking participants through exercises demonstrating how anyone can make comics as a way of expanding their modes of inquiry. Discover ways to incorporate comics as vital research and teaching tools for critical thinking in and out the classroom.

Nick Sousanis is an Eisner-winning comics author and an assistant professor of Humanities & Liberal Studies at San Francisco State University, where he is starting a Comics Studies program.
